Gary Fuller’s day job is focused on Healthcare Technology, but his obsessive hobby is Homebrewing. His background in chemistry (B.S., Chemistry, University of Central Arkansas) and electronics (M.S., Electronics and Instrumentation, University of Arkansas) have assisted him in both brewing and building brew systems and controls. Fuller has been avidly homebrewing beer, mead, and cider for over 15 years and is a fixture on the Florida homebrew circuit as both competitor and judge. He holds multiple certifications in the liquid world: Certified Cicerone, Bourbon Steward, Cider Professional, and the rank of Certified in the Beer Judge Certification Program in beer, mead, and cider specialties. In 2021 Fuller was recognized as the Miami Society of Homebrewers Brewer of the Year
