Mead 201 Has been rescheduled for Saturday 09/28/2019 from 1:00 to 3:00 everything is the same. $25 per person if you have equipment bring it.The club purchased 12 carboys if do not have your own. Please reserve your carboy when you R.S.V.P. They are about $13 each with air lock and cap. Yeast is $3.50, Honey will be available in 3lb. bottles $18 each. There will be a small selection 4 or 5 different honeys. If you are going to do a melomel you need to bring your own fruit. I do have star fruit on my trees but you would have to pick, clean and prepare for your mead. You will need to come a little early to do that. PLEASE R.E.S.V.P. Thank You

Marci do you need a third carboy as well ?
Hello, I reserved for myself plus one, but I have another who would like to come if there is still room. We all need carboys and yeast - possible some honey. Please let me know if my third can be accommodated.

Hello everyone...
I just joined the Palm Beach Beekeeper Association.
I would like to pay for my mead 201 class and reserve a carboy, but I can’t figure out how to do it....
Any suggestions ???
Thank you.

Melissa melomel are just fruit what ever you want to us. I think it takes 2lb. or 3lb. per batch. I think spices & herbs are more challenging. When I get a chance I will ask JennIfer I Will let you know.
Hi Erik, yes, please set me up with the complete kit (honey, too). Please let me know what might be required for melomel, and I can bring excess fruits, spices, herbs?
Thanks,
Melissa
